Phone access
Run Tailscale on this computer and your iPhone using the same account. With the app running, use Terminal (Admin) on Windows:
tailscale serve --bg http://127.0.0.1:8770
Open the returned HTTPS address in Safari. Tailscale Serve restricts access to your tailnet. Keep its membership private. A plain Wi-Fi HTTP address does not provide browser microphone access on the phone. Offline phone voice access needs a separate trusted local HTTPS setup.
